Donelson Christian Arts Academy (DCAA)
The Donelson Christian Arts Academy, formerly known as the Hermitage Hills Arts Academy is an extended program of fine arts education, which offers high quality instruction for persons of all ages that will help prepare them for success in a variety of creative endeavors. Our purpose is to further enhance our school’s existing fine arts program while at the same time provide opportunities for the surrounding community to become more actively involved in the arts. We believe talents are a gift from God that we are responsible for developing and using in an excellent way to bring Him honor.
“Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.”
Matthew 5:16
Faculty
We are a part of Donelson Christian Academy (DCA) and, therefore, share the school’s Biblical perspective and philosophy. Along with being Christians, our instructors are competent performers who have degrees, expertise and/or significant experience in their fields. Students are not required to be enrolled at DCA and, therefore, can be of any age or skill level. Registration and lesson fees are paid to DCA, which in turn pays the instructors and any administrative costs.

To register, students, both new and returning, can click here to download our current brochure and registration form. Just print, complete (one per student) and return, along with the annual, non-refundable registration fee of $35 (per student), to the main office at DCA. The form and fee must both be received in order to be placed with an instructor and secure a time slot. At that time, we will place you with the appropriate instructor, and he/she will contact you about a specific lesson time, considering consistency, convenience and availability of teaching space. (Registration is due before the start of the fall term each year or before your first session if you are enrolling after the school year has begun.)
Location
Once on campus, please enter the building through the doors immediately to the right of the main entrance and proceed to the library on the second floor, our designated family waiting area, or go to the instructor’s assigned classroom.
